1 No covered parking and parking at the ground area is on our risk 2 No AC at the reception area and dining area. 3 Room wasn’t clean including fan you can see the dust. 4 Towels were wet5 Requested for extra bed and same received in wet condition and plus used bed sheet. 6 Request for extra pillow first he said for one room they will provide only 4 pillows we were having only 3 and he said as per actual they will provide only 2 7 Pool wasn’t clean we request to clean and they said they will do by they didn’t do anything. 8 As per site photos it’s look good but reality it’s worse. They are putting cloths near to pool area for drying the clothes. 9 Walk way you can see the closet kept on side. 10 I do agree they only have beach access but cannot say it’s private beach. Since it’s not covered resort anyone can enter and exit. 11 Morning breakfast is just ok. But you are expecting English breakfast it will be tough. 12 we booked for 2 days due to their poor service we moved to another resort. 13 overall my rating is 1. 14 Dinner we went out and had from another hotel. Their food is not up to the mark or standard. I will not recommend to anyone. Even if they give it for free. No television no any telecom connection to connect reception.

Very bad experience at the hotel... While check in no experience staff was available.. We were trying to call the hotel before reaching but no one was answering the call.. After entering the hotel the rooms were dirty and looks too old. Light was not working. We took twin room and AC was not working in one room and they have not repaired untill we check out.Second day cleaning was not done till evening and when I asked they have given reply stating that they had other rooms to clean.Complimentary breakfast was poor as some dishes were not available.. When asked they replied shop was closed and not able to buy items.

I found that they don't know or experience to host a guest. Every time I have to asked for every small item as mentioned in the booking.

we are take the pent house its very very bad , dont go the place , bad smell and no propery support with stafs . i have paid and left the property without reciving the payment back

Even basic necessities such as fresh towels had to be specifically requested. We had to repeatedly ask for things that we expected to be provided as part of normal room service. The housekeeping service was not carried out properly during our stay.Overall, the property appears to require considerable maintenance, and the level of service we received was below what we expected. The biggest disappointment was the difference between what was advertised and the actual experience.I would recommend checking recent guest reviews and photos carefully before booking, as the current condition and service may not reflect the property's online presentation.This version makes the two-day stay and lack of housekeeping very clear without sounding exaggerated or abusive.
