They have two types of rooms located in two diffrent places.Which they have not mentioned here.In thier standard room no cleaning was done for my 3 days stays.Even water bottles also not provided.Very disapointing.....
The property is very beautiful but thats the only positive side apart from this we had a very disappointing and frustrating experience we booked our stay for 2 days in bungalow sea view room the moment we checked in we found lizard droppings on the bed itself and the room was smelly and feels very suffocating..so they degraded our stay by 1 day saying they don’t have the availability of any other rooms..we kinda adjusted for a night but then the next day we have to shift to other rooms and the room got available at 3pm our next half day already got wasted till then..and to my surprise in those rooms also there were cockroaches inside the bathroom we have to call them multiple times to get rid of those cockroaches, no toilet paper roll in the washroom.. and then later on the same night very big cockroach appeared in the washroom and when we called no one picked up the phone we have to go to the reception at night to inform them..there was no phones in the rooms very difficult to communicate with the reception for any issue and they don’t even pick up the phones most of the time..poor wifi service..how come someone feels delightful when we have to face these kind of issues..plus there are very limited options for the breakfast(vegetarian) we had to go outside both days for breakfast also..overall such a pathetic hotel and service..never ever recommend this to anyone..made our stay miserable!
Very disappointing experience – not as advertisedWe booked the Penthouse at West Bay Palm Heritage Resort for 4 adults for 3 nights at around 11,000 per night, expecting a premium stay based on the experience and pictures shown by the Resort. Unfortunately, the actual experience was very different from what was advertised.The Penthouse initially offered to us was located away from the main resort and was in very poor condition. It was extremely dirty, dark and poorly maintained, and did not resemble the experience . We therefore requested a room change. The next room shown to us was too small to comfortably accommodate four adults. After nearly two hours, we were finally given a larger room with an additional bed.While the staff tried to accommodate us, the room still did not provide the premium experience we had expected for the price paid. The overall maintenance, cleanliness and facilities need significant improvement. Four adults staying comfortably was also a challenge. So will not recomend as premium experience was surely missing. On the positive side, the location is good and the food was good. We would particularly like to appreciate Rose and Vijil ( at resturant) who were very helpful and supportive, especially with the food and our requests.However, considering the price we paid, the overall experience was far below expectations. There is definitely a lot of potential in this property, but it needs substantial improvement in maintenance, cleanliness, facilities and, most importantly, consistency between what is advertised online and what guests actually receive. I could see this issue has been quite consistently given for the property & still no change which shows management is not at all bothered about the review or concerns raised. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
