My stay at this property was generally comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were consistently clean and quiet, with daily housekeeping ensuring a fresh environment. Essential toiletries such as soap, shampoo, towels, and handkerchiefs were provided, which added convenience. Complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and useful for both work and leisure.The location is particularly convenient for business travelers, offering easy access to the nearby IT parks along Sarjapur’Marathahalli Outer Ring Road. The premises also felt safe and secure, making it suitable for both solo travelers and families.However, one aspect of my experience was disappointing. Despite having settled my dinner bill at the restaurant, the hotel staff repeatedly called via the intercom to verify payment. Even more inconveniently, a staff member came around midnight to confirm the same, which disrupted my rest. Additionally, considering the level of service provided, I found the charges to be somewhat on the higher side for the stay.Check-In: 14:00 (2 PM) which bit inconvenient if you arrive early between 9 to 11 AM Morning time.Check-Out: 12:00 PM which seems convenient.Overall, while the property offers cleanliness, safety, and a convenient location, improvements in staff communication and pricing would make the experience much more satisfying.

Had a great 4-night stay at Bhagini Icon Premier Hotel. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out. The rooms were well-maintained, the environment felt calm and professional, and everything was well-managed.Special shoutout to Abriti at checkout ’ genuinely pleasant, warm, and efficient. She made the departure experience smooth and positive, which honestly leaves a lasting impression.The food was also really good ’ consistent quality, fresh, and enjoyable throughout the stay.Strong hospitality, good service standards, and a solid overall experience. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

It's very good. Must I had a very pleasant stay at Icon Premier by Bhagini. The room service and housekeeping were excellent and well-maintained throughout my stay.A special mention to Tajil Hussain from the housekeeping team ’ he was extremely polite, professional, and prompt with his service. He ensured the room was always clean, comfortable, and attended to every request with a smile. His dedication truly enhanced my overall experience.Highly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend this property.

I had a really pleasant stay here. The staff were kind and always ready to help, especially in the restaurant. The waitresses were consistently friendly and smiling, which made every meal even nicer.A special mention to Dawa, who was the most present and attentive during my stay, and also Embita, both of them were wonderful!
