The room where we stayed was untidy. Bathroom and toilet were neat.Except room everything else were good. Great dinner by the way.
⸻ Bolgatty Palace Island Resort – Honest Review I recently stayed at Bolgatty Palace Island Resort and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.✘ Poor Experience•The stay was not comfortable.•Food quality was very poor and there were very limited options to choose from.•Rooms are extremely old and not well maintained.•Overall maintenance of the property is lacking, which affects the experience a lot.✔ Positive Points•The ambience is aesthetic and peaceful.•The architectural design and building structure are truly superb, reflecting heritage value.However, despite the beautiful surroundings and historical charm, the lack of maintenance and poor service quality make the stay unsatisfactory. The place has great potential if proper care and improvements are done.Rating: /5
Location of hotel is very good with beautiful views but hotel buildings is very old needs renovation. Rooms are small and were not properly cleaned. Bathroom was extremely small. Swimming Pool was also dirty.
