They don’t just tell you where to go; they actually take the time to give you thoughtful advice on what to see, how to explore Fort Kochi, and how to experience the place smoothly and authentically.And then there is Raymond — the real dynamo of Fort Manor. He went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a hotel staff member. I faced a problem during my stay, and Raymond personally stepped in and helped me resolve it. Honestly, I don’t think the situation would have been solved without him.What touched me most is that, after many years and many travels, this was one of the rare places where I felt treated as a human being, not simply as a tourist who checks in, pays, and leaves.There is a genuine sense of care here.
