Seaking Suites-MG Road

I stayed at Seaking Suites for one night during a business trip from Palakkad to Trivandrum. I chose it mainly because it’s located right in the city center, and overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was clean, the hotel well kept, and it offered basic amenities like parking and elevators. Check-in was quick and easy. I had informed them beforehand about my late arrival around 8 PM, and they were fine with it. After driving for hours, I asked for a late checkout at 12 PM instead of 11 AM, and the receptionist agreed right away, which I appreciated. However, the next morning, a different staff member called asking me to check out immediately because they had guests waiting. I told them my late checkout was approved, but they still insisted I leave sooner. After such a long drive, I was hoping for that extra hour of rest, so that was a bit disappointing. Apart from that, everything went smoothly. It’s an affordable hotel in a great spot, and I would consider staying again. I just hope the staff communicate better about special requests like late checkouts.

A really nice spot to stay at a good price with friendly staff.

Service was polite and good

Great hotel located in a top spot in Kochi. Very tidy. The staff was very accommodating. Will come back again.

The rooms are tidy and well kept. The food tastes great as well. Situated in the center of Cochi.
