Check in Time was 4pm still the room was not ready. And, bathroom door was not working properly

Absolutely loved our stay at Chettinad Courtyard.I stayed there for 12 days as it’s near to Ganga Hospital. The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, especially Rajasekhar,gentleman from the front desk team restaurant staff and also cleaning staff. Our room was spacious,neat and clean. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of South Indian dishes, delicious options freshly made..

Our room was spacious,neat..One thing,the bathroom was clean but it should be little bit more better.Main thing the complimentary breakfast:We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious options freshly made..especially masala dosa nd ghee roast : fabulous!!As we had to leave early morning they fully packed the breakfast in separate containers for each one without even requesting.Actually they were starting at 8 am they specially made it for us at 6 am..We really enjoyed our stay..highly recommended!!!

Me and my family stayed at this place and had a pleasant experience. The staff were very humble and polite, especially Rajshekar and Karan. The free breakfast buffet was a bonus! There is parking for cars at the front of this stay. Would recommend to everyone who is looking for an affordable stay! Thank you for the wonderful experience.
