The property is way expensive and rooms are very bad until you get the most expensive one, we payed 2.5K per night per room and the room was actually worth 800-1000 and we went in non peak season the bedsheet was smelly, there were multiple cockroaches even the mattress was not soft at all, although the staff is prompt and helpful.PS: This hotel is not attached to main road you need to walk roughly 100-150m carrying your luggage so plan accordingly.

Overall a very nice place, good service, rooms are well maintained and spacious. This place has swimming pool, games area and ample parking.If you love nature, do consider Shri Janni Kumbhaljai temple which is at a walking distance.

We booked two Super Deluxe Garden View rooms with Jacuzzi (Rooms 102 and 103) for 3 days/2 nights through MakeMyTrip and paid approximately ’19,000. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to poor maintenance, misleading information, and below-average service.Room Issues:- On arrival, we were neither offered drinking water nor assistance with our luggage until we specifically requested it.- As soon as Room 103 was opened, there were electrical sparks near the AC due to water leakage, which was a serious safety concern.- We were initially offered a replacement room without a jacuzzi, despite having paid for a jacuzzi room. After refusing, we were shifted to Room 202, which was advertised as having a forest view. In reality, the view was completely blocked by overgrown trees in the property's garden.- Room 202 was poorly maintained. The ceiling fan was covered in dust, which fell onto the bed and our luggage when switched on. The bathroom drain was clogged, there was a tobacco wrapper under the bed, and a used ashtray had been left behind, creating an unpleasant smell.- The following day, we were asked to vacate Room 202 because it had been allocated to another guest. We were moved back to Room 103 after being told the leakage issue had been fixed. However, water was still leaking from the ceiling, and the hotel had simply placed a bucket in the room to collect it. Since all other rooms were occupied, we had no alternative.Service:The service did not match the room tariff. We repeatedly had to request basic necessities such as towels, toilet paper, and drinking water. Staff rarely followed up to check if guests needed anything. Despite the inconvenience caused by multiple room changes and maintenance issues, the hotel neither offered a refund nor any meaningful compensation. I only requested a concession on the food bill, which was refused during checkout.Swimming Pool:The swimming pool was dirty throughout our stay. We were initially told it had not been cleaned because of rain the previous night. I requested that it be cleaned the following day, but despite the weather improving, it was still not cleaned, making it unusable.Misleading Amenities:Several amenities listed on MakeMyTrip were either unavailable or the staff seemed unaware of them:- Sauna and steam room- Puppet show/Magic show- Bonfire- Cycling- Kid's menu- Barbecue- Spa/Massage (the listing mentioned a 20% discount, but we were informed that spa services were unavailable)- Riverside trek (the reception staff showed little interest in providing any information)Additionally, lift shaft construction work was ongoing during our stay, causing considerable noise and disturbance.Positives:- The breakfast was good.- The jacuzzi itself was enjoyable.My suggestion to the management is simple: please do not advertise amenities that are unavailable, and do not accept bookings for rooms that are under maintenance. If a booked room cannot be provided in proper condition, guests should be informed in advance and offered a refund or suitable compensation.Overall, this stay did not justify the price we paid, and I cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

Best service and place to stay.Best part is Rohit chavan the manager, never seen such a humble and polite person. He gave me suite at morning 7:30 without second thought and also reduce the rate as I was having my baby child with me. Food ,stay,service all good.Best of luck Rohit

It was a wonderful experience since the time we arrived. It’s a beautiful and serene place. The in house food and spa are excellent and the staff is very welcoming and courteous. The owner himself was personally involved in ensuring a comfortable stay for each guests. Highly recommend to visit.Location is very close to Veena lake and Mahabaleshwar market with beautiful and peaceful surroundings.
