Coconad Resort

I had a great experience staying at COCONAD Resorts. The rooms were tidy and cozy, the staff were kind and accommodating, and the location was perfect. We particularly liked the cozy, welcoming vibe and the tasty breakfast. It's a fantastic spot to stay in Alappuzha, and we would gladly return.

I had a terrible experience with them. I booked a room through Agoda and completed the payment, but no one informed me about the check-in details or confirmation. When I called to say I would arrive by 10, they immediately told me the room was full and they couldn't provide it. The confirmation never arrived because it was Sunday. I want a refund, but they are telling me to get it from the app where I booked. I didn't expect this from the hospitality industry.

Comfortable and delicious breakfast with a very clean resort.

I had a fantastic time at this resort! The breakfast offered many tasty choices, and the hospitality was outstanding. The staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive during our entire visit. All in all, a great experience and certainly a spot I would suggest for a peaceful retreat.

I did not have a good experience staying at this resort. The rooms were cramped and the bathrooms were very small. The shower was positioned directly above the toilet and kept dripping after I used it, so the toilet area would get wet every time. The place was not very clean, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, the towels were worn out and awful, and the walls were dirty.
