The staff here is rude. They make you feel that they are doing a favour, especially the kitchen chef.Pool was dirty.Towel not provided initially, once we asked then they gave.Ac was not working.I had stayed twice in this hotel but this bad experience I had last time.First time it was in 2022 which was good so I booked again.

’ Hotel Review ’ Extremely Disappointing StayI recently stayed at this property and had one of the most unpleasant experiences ever. Right from check-in, things were below standard.1. Unhygienic & Poorly Maintained RoomWe were given a 3rd class room with no proper cleanliness. Even after informing the staff that we were stepping out and requesting them to clean the room, nothing was done. When we returned from the beach, the room was still dirty.My 3-year-old daughter had to wait outside until the room was cleaned. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one claiming good service.2. Worst Room ServiceRoom service was absolutely pathetic. We ordered food and they served burnt jhinga biryani’completely inedible. We even asked them to toast the bread properly, but they still gave us burnt bread.No apology, no replacement, nothing.3. Staff Attitude & Zero ResponsibilityThe staff behaved as if they were doing us a favour. No courtesy, no professionalism. Every time we requested something, the response was slow and careless.Basic things like water refills, towels, and room cleaning required multiple reminders.4. Lack of Management & CoordinationThere seems to be no proper supervision in the hotel. Each department blames the other. No one takes ownership of customer issues.Even simple requests take ages to be addressed.5. Overall ExperienceOur entire stay became stressful instead of relaxing. With such poor service, unhygienic conditions, burnt food, and untrained staff, this hotel is definitely not worth the money.Would I recommend this hotel? ’ Absolutely NOT.There are much better options available where at least basic hospitality is maintained.

I had a pleasant stay at the resort. While the room was not well maintained and could use some improvements, the rest of the experience was enjoyable. The food was excellent with great variety and flavor, and the staff were warm and helpful. Special thanks to Rukmini Devi for her exceptional service ’ she truly made my stay better.
