Group • India • Sep 2026Our stay at CanvaSand Resort, Alibaug was enjoyable and relaxing. The property offers a tranquil atmosphere, a well-designed layout, and staff who are very friendly and accommodating. With a few enhancements, it could become a top-notch retreat. The road leading to the resort is quite narrow, and the final 50 meters are uneven and muddy. During the monsoon season, water tends to pool there, making it hard to walk, especially for those without vehicles. Fixing this section would significantly improve access and the guest experience. Breakfast was good, though adding another option would increase variety. The swimming pool is 5.5 feet deep, which might be challenging for shorter guests, so a separate kids’ pool or a shallow area would be a valuable addition for families. In summary, we had a pleasant stay and valued the hospitality. With improvements to the access road and facilities, CanvaSand could become a highly sought-after getaway in Alibaug.

Had an amazing time at this resort. The staff were friendly, courteous, and supportive during our entire visit. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well kept, enhancing our overall experience. The only issue was the access road to the property, which could use some improvement. Other than that, everything was great. We had a peaceful and pleasant stay and really appreciated our time here. Would definitely think about coming back!
