Collection O Dal Lake

Collection O hotel has limited rooms, I paid the complete amount almost 10 days in advance, the property representative called me 1 day prior my check-in that my room is not secured and he is going to cancel the booking. At that time the Tourism was at its charm and they sold out our room on high prices on different site. I called up Agoda but unsatisfactory response. We had not another option and our 4 rooms shifted to a nearby building. We were helpless however we compromised. I will reach thorough the consumer court for misinformation and all the booking and facilities related issues I faced. There were only rooms in another building limited Geyser electricity access and limited room light. No Tea Coffee option within the room , no dental kit.

I had booked this property 20 days in advance through Agoda with the “**pay at check-in**” option. I confirmed the booking **multiple times** both with the property and with Agoda, and every time they assured me that the booking was **100% confirmed**.Since I was unable to make the payment online, I even asked **how I could make the payment in advance**, but got **no response**. Then, to my shock, when I reached the hotel around **2 AM at midnight**—after traveling all the way from **Delhi**—they simply told me the hotel was **sold out** and **denied my booking**.Even after showing them the **chat history and confirmations**, all they had to say was a cold **“sorry”**. No help, no resolution, nothing!This is completely **unprofessional** and **unacceptable**. I strongly urge everyone **not to book this property**. Maybe they gave better service to others, but there’s no guarantee **they won’t ditch you last minute** like they did with us. **Avoid this place at all costs. There are many better and more reliable options available.**

They have spacious and good clean rooms. Only issue is with their bookings. Sometimes they ask to move to other hotel in between you stay that's little hectic. We booked for 5 nights but stayed 3 nights these one night shifted to other hotel then last night back to hotel but in other room

Booked standard room for 1800 per night with breakfast. Staff was very prompt and humble. The manager/owner was rude and terrible. On arrival first they denied our booking. After sometime they gave me room. Breakfast had only 1-2 items and tea. Taste was average. Only 1 water bottle was provided. Everything else was paid. Location is 1-5-2 km inside main road. Nothing nearby hotel.
