The room was filthy’dust everywhere, grimy floors, and unclean bathrooms that hadn’t been properly sanitized.No basic amenities were provided: no toiletries, no clean towels, nothing.Worse, there was no hot water at all’the geyser was broken, leaving me with ice-cold showers in the Delhi winter.The blankets were dirty and smelled musty, like they hadn’t been washed in months.Staff were outright rude, dismissive of every complaint, and made no effort to fix anything. This place is a rip-off and a health hazard. Stay away!
