My experience started on a bad note. Basic courtesy dictates that a hotel provides drinking water when guests check in, but nothing was provided in the room. When I requested water, I was told it was chargeable. They gave a bottle with a printed MRP of Rs. 20, but forced me to pay Rs. 30 for it. It's not about the small amount of money, it's about the unethical practice of charging over MRP and the absolute lack of basic hospitality.
