Fake hotel there no hotel on same location When I booked the hotel with IXIGO online I will pay with phone-pe after confirmation I will call hotel for check in there is not available any booking with my number i will call oyo and check with booking order number the said there is no booking I lost my money be care full guys

Secondly, thry dont entertain customers who paid online thry will deny check in and say they have no rooms after 30-40 mins of wait time and pleading they will agree ro give room but the rooms are in pathetic conditionCleanliness is minus 10 staff behaviour is minis 20 room confition is minus 100No power backupNo geyserAc not workingWashrooms in sorry stateI dont know wat i should write. Its so so so bad and negetive there one will be mentally disturbed thr whole day. Never book this hotel never
