Overall the stay was good & cozy. The location is great at just the start of Madikeri town. However staff response & other facilities could have been better.
Good location, but the room was not as shown in the description, and they asked for extra money for the advertised room. Cleanliness was also not good, and the staff were not very supportive.I would not recommend this hotel. If you still want to book because of the location, please verify the exact room and facilities before booking.
The stay was really good overall. They accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional 300, which was convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the property is located in a great area, just around 800 metres from the bus stand. Everything about the stay was pleasant. The only suggestion I have is that the room price could be a little more affordable.
