The location and staff are wonderful! However, the service feels like a scam, even in the off season. I stayed a few extra hours and was told I could pay half price to extend, but at checkout I was charged the full amount. It felt like being ripped off. The linens were quite worn out. Room service was irregular and only provided when requested. The WiFi connection was unstable.

I stayed at this place for nearly two months for my pre-production work. However, they charged me an extra 1500 just because I checked out late. I'm quite disappointed with their customer service. I'm writing this review to alert the owners, whether this was the staff's choice or a management directive.
