Staff is very good and helpful. Very good food too. They are doing up the place hence some hygiene needs attention and the occupants noise of banging doors and talking at the middle of the night was high. Staff has to educate the occupants
I used to book this hotel for last 4 year. Their service were best then. Year by year it is getting worse. I got a faullty room with broken light, doors with faulty locks leaking wash basins, broken cupboard etc. They should give better experience for the price they are charging.
