’’’’’ 5/5 ’ Wonderful & Truly Soulful Stay!My stay at Hotel Carnival Inn was honestly one of the most wonderful and soulful experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt a warm and positive vibe that instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable.The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The ambiance was peaceful, and everything was perfectly arranged to give guests a feeling of comfort and care. The bed was very cozy, and the overall atmosphere made me feel at home.The staff members were very humble, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality was truly heart-touching. They made sure every small detail was taken care of, which shows how much they value their guests.The food was also amazing ’ fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Every meal felt special and satisfying.What I loved most about this hotel is the peaceful and soulful environment. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place where you feel calm, refreshed, and happy. Whether you are traveling for business or relaxation, this hotel is perfect.I highly recommend Hotel Carnival Inn to everyone. Without any doubt, it deserves a full 5 out of 5 rating. I will definitely visit again!

The staff is very rude. They don't address us properly. They sell soft drinks at higher than MRP rates The bathroom windows were broken and the hotel room had a very poor quality lock Overall cleanliness is also poor The cushions on the bed were stained with God knows what

Booked on ixigo as the location was good and rating of hotel appeared ok. But was disappointed by rude staff,Broken bathroom windows, no toiletries in bathroom andRoom lock can be easily opened with force, not at all secure.Not expected with the kind of price range

This hotel was an absolute nightmare. The staff behavior was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They talk to guests with zero respect and act as if they are doing a favor by providing basic services. No manners, no hospitality, no accountability.The service was pathetic ’ room service was delayed, requests were ignored, and complaints were met with attitude instead of solutions. The staff clearly does not care about customer satisfaction at all.The overall management is careless, and the atmosphere is completely uncomfortable. Staying here felt stressful rather than relaxing. This hotel does not deserve a single star.I strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and choose a hotel that actually values its guests.

This place is an absolute disaster and easily one of the worst properties I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying at. Calling this a hotel is an insult to the hospitality industry. Treebo should be ashamed of associating their name with such a pathetic excuse for accommodation.The hosts and staff are rude, arrogant, and completely incompetent. I had a guest who only wanted to freshen up, and they flat-out refused like they were doing us some moral favor. To make things worse, there was no water in the shower at all. Very low pressure’ almost no water.The room had zero basic amenities. No drinking water bottle. No towels. Nothing. I had to go and ask for things that are supposed to be provided by default, and when they finally handed over a towel and a water bottle, they acted like I should be grateful for their generosity. The attitude was disgusting.They kept repeating ’this is not our policy’ without ever showing where this imaginary policy exists. It’s clearly just an excuse to deny basic services and avoid responsibility.When I escalated the issue to Treebo, their so-called official support was completely useless. No response. No solution. No accountability. Once they have your money, they simply do not care.This property is poorly run, dishonest, and clearly uninterested in guest comfort. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from this place. Booking here is a guaranteed way to ruin your day.
