Couple • India • Aug 2026This was among the worst hotel stays I've experienced. The online pictures are very misleading and don't reflect the true state of the rooms. The room I was given was dirty, dusty, infested with lizards and spiders, had stained bedsheets, and toilets that were not properly cleaned. Even the balcony door was malfunctioning. I had prepaid for two nights but refused to stay after seeing the room's condition, which was unacceptable. I asked for a refund immediately. The refund process was even worse; for 5 to 6 hours, I was bounced between the hotel, Agoda, and others without a clear response. Agoda said they were waiting for the hotel's approval, while the hotel kept passing the responsibility around instead of resolving the issue. I have photos and communication records. Guests should be very cautious before booking here. The property's condition did not meet expectations, and customer service was very disappointing. I cannot recommend this place until my refund is sorted out. Be careful.
