1. Parking space is pathetic2. No lights kept in open parking space3. Rooms were damn cold than outside weather -no room heater or warmer were kept4. its quite one way from road till hotel making it difficult to go by walk or car5. Cable connection or DTH cards were not subscribed & TV could not be used6. 13 years old child was considered adult which is fine but it must have been informed while booking in Agoda app. I was asked to pay Rs 2000 in addition to paying online in Agoda platform. 7. Food facility is NOT inhouse - we need to go to near by building.

We ordered food from the in-house restaurant, and they provided dirty plates and spoons. Even after complaining, they brought the same poor-quality utensils again ’ some of which had fungus on them. Moreover, they are not responding to my calls, and the intercom is not working either.Only one towel was provided for two adults and two children, which is highly inconvenient. The overall maintenance is extremely poor ’ there is no proper parking arrangement. They instructed us to park in one spot, but the same area was also allotted to other guests, resulting in vehicles being blocked and making it difficult to take the car out.Additionally, there are no fans or air-conditioning units in the rooms. While the climate might be pleasant at times, it is not comfortable throughout the day, and proper ventilation or cooling should be provided.

Room service is very poor. The rooms are good, but the prices are on the higher side for the quality offered. No complimentary water bottles or room slippers are provided. The room is very small and feels congested.

Guys Do not opt for this Hotel, Worst Experience, poor co-operative staff and management, especially the sales team, they do not book rooms according to your choice and number of people, they book it according to their own wish. the owners name is Gangadar, and the sales team person is Ashish who showed us two rooms were booked but just one room was reserved, the head of the Sales team her name is Neha, all these are fraud people, do not trust their words if you want to spoil your trip.
