The staff need to understand that greeting in the traditional Indian manner doesn't necessarily show sincerity; their behavior is what truly counts. They should improve their soft skills, communicate with kindness and courtesy, and focus on problem-solving, which reflects our Indian culture. The breakfast food is below average, and the chefs seem to lack knowledge. It was a very bad experience with the buffet spread repeating every day. Overall, the experience was below average, and I would rate it negatively.

Stopped by for coffee. The lobby looks nice and the restrooms are clean 🤩. However, there was an unpleasant odor in the lobby.😕 The parking spots are quite narrow—widening each space by about 6 inches on both sides would be beneficial.
