Vedic Village Sriperumbudur

My friend and I visited for a vacation, and it turned out great. The staff were polite, attentive, and professional while respecting our space. Every aspect showed real hospitality and thoughtfulness. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—elegant, cozy, and unforgettable. I would happily come back and strongly suggest this hotel to anyone wanting a truly exceptional stay.

Lovely spot with an excellent location, I truly appreciated the customer service 👍♥️

This resort is fantastic, the location is great, Enik nalle ishtapettu, nalla best price l an enikk kittiyadh 🤩

Nice atmosphere, the food quality is decent, and the pool areas could use some improvement. Had a great holiday with my family 😊😊 The room prices are fair. Located away from the city noise ✌️

If you want to experience being insulted by a hotel, stay here. Vedic Village near Sriperumbudur is where you can spend your hard-earned money and still be treated with utter disrespect. We checked in around 3 PM and went out for temple visits. When we returned around 8 PM in heavy rain, we found the parking area very small, and nowhere during booking were we clearly told parking was so limited; we were even told parking was included. After parking, reception called us to move the car. When we spoke to the receptionist, SANJAY, his manner was totally unacceptable. He said, “You have not paid for parking, only the room,” and suggested we park outside if we had a problem. When we explained our new car and the heavy rain, he rudely told us “Don't overreact” and said there were no trees to dirty the car. He made it clear proper parking was not his concern. Worse, he spoke this way to my parents and uncle too, even saying, “If you don't like it, don't come back.” For a supposed four-star hotel, this customer service is shocking. Parking was just the start. The tiny lot fits about five cars. Only one towel was given for a triple-sharing room. No shower gel unless asked. Hot water was inadequate. Bedsheets had visible blood stains. Rooms and property were poorly maintained. Food was very disappointing despite paying about ₹2,800 extra for dinner. Service was understaffed, with one person handling room and restaurant service. We paid about ₹5,000 expecting basic four-star standards and courtesy but felt like we were begging just by asking about parking. The worst was not the lack of facilities but the attitude. Limited parking and staffing issues can happen, but insulting guests and dismissing concerns, especially of elderly family, is unacceptable. If you want to waste money and see how guests can be disrespected, visit Vedic Village. Otherwise, there are many better options near Sriperumbudur. For us, this was deeply disappointing and we will not return.
