A large heritage style hotel slightly out of town - so a bit quieter and less hectic. The whole place is kept immaculately clean, and it is generally attractive. There are two pools. Both are clean and well maintained, but quite shallow.The ground floor pool seems to be permanently in the shade, so we did not use it. The rooftop pool had lovely views, but no steps to get in and out. Pool towels and loungers were available.We had a meal included package. Food was fine and the waiters couldn’t do enough for you. Generally all the staff were very friendly and helpful.The rooftop restaurant is a bit soulless, and could do with an interior designer to make it a nicer place to eat in.The long corridors outside the rooms were very echoing, which did disturb us on occasion.The room itself was large, well maintained and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed our stay here.

I would like to bring to your attention that while the stay itself was pleasant and comfortable, the food quality and the service provided by the restaurant staff were below expectations. Given that the charges are at a luxury-hotel level, a corresponding standard of service and dining quality is expected. I hope the management will look into this matter and take necessary steps to improve the overall dining experience.

Our experience at Fateh Niwas was truly delightful. The property is huge, beautiful, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.The staff was very cooperative and helpful. Even after checkout in the morning, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage in their luggage area until night, which made our day much easier.Although we were just two women staying there, we felt completely safe throughout our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.The property is conveniently located only about 10’15 minutes from the old city by bike. However, auto drivers tend to charge high fares, especially during the tourist season.

Sufficient parking space, too.Buffet breakfast was good, rooftop restaurant was not that exceptional, especially when compared to price.Service was excellent, with smiling and polite staff!!In summary, good place to stay, but eat elsewhere!

Amazing view, great rooms with very comfortable bed, super quiet area and the curtains make the room super dark, you can’t even tell it’s daytime! The terrace was the best, great view, pool and bar with the restaurant right there. They had really good food with a great variety and the chef even came to check on us if everything is ok.Great breakfast buffet as well.The service was outstanding! Such nice people trying everything to make our stay as nice as possible ’’ I highly recommend this place if you enjoy a relaxing stay a little bit away from the city.
