Ginger Vadodara, Alkapuri

Hotel Clark Collection located in Vadodara. My stay in this hotel was for 3 nights as a business trip. I had dinner first at this hotel after reaching. On the menu was soya bean, rice, rajma, and boiled potatoes. The taste of the food was horrible. No proper seating arrangement. The hall looks crowded and has a poor ambience. The chappati served was partially baked and the rice was not cooked properly. The dinning hall staff were less bothered for the customers. The elevator is so small that the person has to manage somehow to stand with his luggage. The room was dark and inadequate lighting. The hotel looks very old. The washroom was Ok but the walls and ceilings looked old and not maintained. The staff was so irritating that he was not leaving the room and asking for money indirectly. Somehow I have to manage to get rid of the stubborn staff. However, I have only stayed for a night. Later moved to the another hotel.

Had stayed for one night, was a nightmare.The rooms had suffocating smoke smell and we could not breath. Whole night rats were roaming in the AC ducts making noises.When informed, the staff took it very cooly.And 200ml of milk costs 150 bucks !!!! Bad experience

We had booked 6 rooms for one night 25/26 Nov 23. There is no system of welcome drinks in hotel. On enquiring, we were offered tea, but were billed in the morning. This harassment was not understood Kettles are of plastic and very dirty. Very slow and poor service. Shortage of breakfast. Rooms not maintained. Broken tiles all over.

Worst room I have ever experienced. Noisy AC it will not leave to sleep whole night. Seepage rooms. Not at all a good place for the family. Too conjusted bathroom. Will not suggest to anyone. Clarks cafe is very expensive taste is also not good. Waited for the breakfast for so long wasting our time. He charged ���99 for a cup of very bad tea. A Yukk experience overall.

Best hotel in all respects. The problem is that there is too much dusty Road. It is difficult to walk near the hotel. This is beyond hotel control but it would affect visitors. The surprising thing is that there are more than seven hospitals but Vadodara Authority is not addressing.
