The receptionist Moulik Manna is so helpful nature & respective professionalism in assisting me to reach my room and gave all necessary services by a single telephonic phone call. Room was neat and well serviced .. By just a single phone call will get all necesssary food ordered delivered in your room by the staff Murthi in a very gentle respective pleasant smile’. Made my day with besties by the best hospitality services at Grand Residency

Room is spacious and comfortable.... with A/c facility...room service is good... there is a Restaurant just opposite to Grand Residency which serves good veg and non veg food....Ola/Uber cabs are easily available for travel.... overall a good experience staying at Grand Residency.

Property is nice, food served is also goodBut service specially Moorthy he is very rude not helpful. We stayed for 2 nights, Mr moorthy is very unprofessional and inhospitable. If the property owner is reading this kindly make sure that other guests should feel comfortable while checking in/staying in your propertyAfter sometime Mr. Lucky came at reception and was very helpful also apologize on behalf of moorthy.

Being on Kempapura main road and close to the colleges, hostels and PGs it's first choice for many who come to meet their kids studying here.Offers wide range of food, maintains good cleanliness and top of all staff behaviour is very good.

Friendly staff, courteous service, great food, but sanitation??Pathetic hygienic conditions - bloodstains in the torn sheets, haphazardly hanging wires for geyser, AC drain pipe dripping on your head when you go to the loo, incomplete coverage for bathroom window allowing mosquitoes sneak in to taste your blood.Poorly planned furnishing - the side table without a handle to it's drawer preventing the cupboard from fully opening is an example.Highly disappointing!
