Grand sapphire Mysore

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from August 21st to 23rd, 2026. We are both completely visually impaired and work as employees of the Karnataka State Government. The hotel owner, Mr. Nagesh GV, and his son, Mr. Tejas, showed us genuine care and concern. It seems this is a new property, as we noticed advanced technology in the room door locking system. We highly recommend this hotel because the staff were very kind, polite, and extremely helpful to guests.

This is among the finest hotels I've experienced in India. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Its location is fantastic, right in the center near the palace and bus station. The rooms are contemporary, spotless, and cozy, offering fast Internet. I strongly suggest this hotel to anyone visiting Mysore.

The rooms are tidy, well-kept, and offer good value for the cost. Although not very large, they provide a comfortable amount of space given the price. The property felt very secure during my visit, which was comforting. One of its main benefits is the location, situated just behind the Sub Urban Bus Stand, making transportation easy. Most key attractions, like Mysore Palace, are within walking distance, about 800 meters away. There is no on-site dining, but this is not a problem since many good restaurants are nearby and easily reachable on foot. The only slight downside is that the Wi-Fi can sometimes be slow, but mobile network coverage is strong, so using mobile data works well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. If you want a clean, safe, budget-friendly place in a convenient location, this is an excellent choice.

The experience was truly unforgettable. Mr. Sanoop provided outstanding service.

Great location and worth the price. Properly kept up.
