The view that u get from the balcony or ur windows makes it worth every dime.The rooms r big and the staff is helpful.The property is well maintained.Only draw back is the property is old and so lacks the vibrancy that one gets in great hotels.Also, the bathrooms need an upgrade.But if u let go of the above points then the u get the full view of the valley from your window.. and that's what is one paying for in Kodaikanal.No need to go to Coaker's walk if one stays in Greenland.
Worst room service that they kept disturbing and giving improper info. Property is poorly maintained. Not worth the money they charge. Location and views are great
