HM Suites & Studios

Great location with excellent hospitality and service. Strongly recommend.

I must say I’m quite surprised by the pricing I was quoted today. I have been staying at HM Suites since 2006 and have also recommended the property to many of my foreign guests over the years, at times booking as many as 20 rooms. Personally too, I have stayed here very regularly. However, when I called today to book a room, Mr. Rakesh (the new manager) quoted ’6,500 for a room. Honestly, that seems quite unreasonable. At that price point, I would rather choose a 4-star hotel. What is even more confusing is that the online prices appear to be significantly lower than the rate quoted to me directly. It makes me wonder what the current guest retention policy is, especially for long-standing guests like myself.I hope you can clarify this and help with a more reasonable arrangement.

I must admit, I was quite taken aback by the price I was given today. I've been a guest at HM Suites since 2006 and have recommended it to many international visitors, sometimes booking up to 20 rooms. I've also stayed here frequently myself. However, when I called to reserve a room today, Mr. Rakesh, the new manager, quoted me ₹6,500, which seems quite steep. At that rate, I'd prefer a 4-star hotel. What's more puzzling is that the online rates are much lower than what I was told directly. This makes me question the current policy for retaining loyal guests like me. I hope you can clarify this and offer a better deal.

For the age of the building and the pricing .. its worth all the money , Paid 3.5k for new years even on make my trip , the rooms are clean and very spacious .. very quiet , Had a superb stay ..

Right in the middle of the CBD of Bangalore. Old school place with lovely rooms , superb staff and nice food available . It sright opposite bastian /st marks hotel. Stones throw distance from churchstreet, brigade and residency. Its literally an affordable place considering its location.
