I must say I’m quite surprised by the pricing I was quoted today. I have been staying at HM Suites since 2006 and have also recommended the property to many of my foreign guests over the years, at times booking as many as 20 rooms. Personally too, I have stayed here very regularly.However, when I called today to book a room, Mr. Rakesh (the new manager) quoted ’6,500 for a room. Honestly, that seems quite unreasonable. At that price point, I would rather choose a 4-star hotel.What is even more confusing is that the online prices appear to be significantly lower than the rate quoted to me directly. It makes me wonder what the current guest retention policy is, especially for long-standing guests like myself.I hope you can clarify this and help with a more reasonable arrangement.
