Homansh Galaxy Hotel

Good rooms, damaged washrooms and Pathetic service. I am writing this review from hotel room at midnight. Not recommending this place to anyone. Asked four times to replace electric kettle from my room and they ignored. Electric Kettle was stinking. And i needed this for my kid.I asked to give me hot water and they took 20 mins for this minor stuff. I ordered food and i waited for 1 hr and i left to eat outside.NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN CHOTE.

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Homansh, Kanpur. The customer handling is extremely poor and unprofessional. Staff members, especially Ashish and Neelesh, lack basic communication skills and do not know how to speak respectfully with customers.Even after a confirmed booking, they refused to honor it without any proper explanation. On top of that, their behavior was rude and the language used was completely unacceptable.Idiots in professional dress_Would not recommend this place to anyone. Management seriously needs to improve their professionalism and customer service.

During the stay, everything seemed fine’rooms were decent, food was good, and service was acceptable with only minor issues.However, the real problem started at checkout.We were charged for items that we never ordered. When we pointed it out, the staff checked and admitted that the charges were incorrect. They assured us that the extra amount would be refunded within 1’2 days.It has now been more than two weeks, and despite repeated calls, the refund has still not been processed. Every time, we are told it is ’under process,’ which is honestly very disappointing.The amount may be small, but this reflects poorly on the hotel’s integrity and customer handling. It’s not about the money’it’s about trust.I have no personal grudge against the hotel, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

My stay at the hotel was great. I stayed alone because of my interview and had no issues at all. AC was good, room was spacious and to help you they have a helping staff, specially Rishabh at reception is quite helping and he did a free upgrade too for me. Location is great.. right in the middle of everything.Thank you Homansh, had a great stay.

Staff and service was too good. Location is the best. You can get anything and everything within the vicinity of 1km. More than average wash room conditions in comparison with rooms. Need to improve washrooms.Restaurant food as well as breakfast provided by the hotel was below average.
