Booked executive room mentioned on website that king bed and rooms with size 65 sqm area. But rooms given to to size was very small and small queen bed provided, just 1 towel and everything was there was cheap quality. I raised issue on reception be he was helpless and told that description on website may be different. He provided me one more towel and toiletries. But the thing is wrong description on website not acceptable.
Booked room was not as per my choice which i booked no bath tub was there i book room pool side but recieved hotel room
The hotel stay was good but as we reached late evening we decided to have dinner in the restaurant there. We ordered Veg Noodles with Veg Manchurian. But in midst of eating my wife encountered chicken in Veg Manchurian. We being pure Veg not even having egg, the staff was called and then they tried to cover it up saying it was Mushroom. When we told them to bring the piece back we had given and asked them to take away the food served then there Manager came and tried to cover it up by standing with folded hands and took us to another restaurant ( Club has in all 3 restaurants). After their repeated requests we agreed for seasoned salad and veg soup but both of them were waste as we didn't like any. For Pure Veg travellers I will recommend not to visit the restaurant there.
