They are fu**ing ...arrogant n illiterate n in the last they are just In human ... The can't allow you for early check-in either u are travelling from... Anywhere in the world .. n how much in emergency u are...they are not humans ...they actually don't belong to our society

Staff and service was too good. Location is the best. You can get anything and everything within the vicinity of 1km. More than average wash room conditions in comparison with rooms. Need to improve washrooms.Restaurant food as well as breakfast provided by the hotel was below average.

The TV was not working and very bad room service the wall had a deampnas (silon) . and when we check in they say that if you give us 5 star we will give you complementary Tea (chai) coffee. In the balcony view was horrible.

The room service was very poor. When we went out and left the room for cleaning, the staff never replaced basic amenities like towels or the dental kit. Every time, we had to call the reception 2’3 times, and even after that, we were made to wait for almost half an hour before they delivered them.We had booked 4 Deluxe rooms, but all of them were very different. Some rooms were quite spacious, while others were extremely small, which was disappointing considering they were the same category.Hot water was another issue. If you want to take a hot shower, you need to keep the tap running for 15’20 minutes. Sometimes even that didn’t work, and we had to complain to get it resolved.The only positive point is the location. Although the hotel is in a high-traffic area, the rooms are surprisingly peaceful and quiet.
