Disappointing Check-in Experience

The front office staff on the morning shift were unprofessional. I saw three rooms checked out right in front of me, yet they refused my check-in because the check-in time was 1pm. This was a direct booking, not online. Such staff behavior and lack of professionalism harm the hotel's and owner's reputation. I ended up canceling my booking and reserved a room at Vijay Intercontinental, where the staff were very professional and promptly gave me a room without any delay.
