The worst experience one can have with a hotel. I booked this hotel for 2 days, and here’s what happened. On Day 1, we were given a room with a dirty commode. We asked them to clean it. After spending 4–5 hours in the room, the bathroom ceiling started leaking and the entire floor got flooded. We called the reception, but no one picked up for an hour. We then searched for the hotel’s contact number on Google and called them to request a room change. After that, we received a call saying they were preparing a new room for us and that it would take a maximum of 10 minutes. We ended up waiting for 1.5 hours. Every time we called, they kept saying, “Please wait 5 more minutes.” Is this really how you treat your customers? When we were finally shifted, the new room had a manual key instead of a key card, due to which half of the lights were not working. We called them to send someone to fix it, but no one came. We also requested extra towels, again no one came. The most shocking part was the shower area. The drainage system was so badly blocked that the water accumulated up to knee level, forcing one to stand in dirty water like it was a swimming pool. The bathroom had only one working light, and the others were not functioning. We were not provided with basic hotel toiletries either. The next day, we called reception and asked for two cups of morning tea, but they brought only one and then blamed us, saying we had ordered just one. I have never had such a terrible experience with any hotel. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.

Hotel is good with all modern facilities. But the receptionist on the front desk is rude and non-cooperative.

The stay was very pleasant at SRM CRYSTAL but the staff that works in the restaurant was extremely rude .We went for the dinner and after paying the bill the staff asked us to leave in a very rude manner we stayed there only because I was on a very important call and there is this waiter he seems to be from north east he came and very rudely asked me to leave and the plates he served us for the food is was dirty it had stains so i asked him to change it so it made a very disrespectful gesture .Overall it was a good experience at SRM crystal.
