Hotel Mandakini Royale

Had the engagement function on 26Apr26 Lunar Hall. I strongly recommend NOT to book this venue for your functions if you don't want to get embarrassed infront of your guests.Here are the poorest reviews:1. ACs were turned OFF while guests still inside: All the prepayment was done with some 10k pending that was supposed to be paid post function before we leave the venue. They kept on asking my guests about making the payment of pending amount that embarrassed us. We paid the remaining amount and in the evening they switched off the ACs while our function was still not done and guests inside. There were aged people, children who were struggling very hard with the rising temperatures and sweating. We asked their staff to get the ACs on many times and we were ready to pay the extra Amounts- the staff so rude they literally denied to listen. Highly unprofessional disrespectful staff that only keep on asking for money throughout the day.2. NO HELP with Luggage carrying: Our guests came from outstation and the venue services so embarrassing that there were no one to help carrying luggage to the cars. We literally had to wait for an hour for someone to show up but no one did. Had to take all the luggage by ourselves.3. Single elevator causing delays and rush: There's just one elevator that's been used for all the purposes- luggage carriage and guests movement. This had made all the guests wait for atleast 40-45 min to step down from their rooms. Everytime whenever list came, there was either the staff with luggage trolley or guests from other events in the same venue. Everyone was struggling.Thankfully we have NOT booked them for the wedding event, we cannot bear anymore embarassment. Our guests from outstation (the ladkewale who have visited Kanpur for the first time) have especially asked us NOT to book Mandakini Royale ’?This is what you've earned by embarrassing us, team Mandakini.Thankyou so much for all the disrespect and discomfort you've given to us and to our ladkewale’?

The arrangements were well-organized, from the banquet setup to the food services. The quality and taste of the food were excellent, and the menu variety was appreciated by all our guests. Housekeeping and maintenance were also up to the mark, with cleanliness maintained consistently across all areas.

We had a very nice experience at this Hotel. Very caring, polite n humble staff. Always ready to help you & ready within 5 min of a phone call. Very nice restaurant & bar area with a delicious food. We ordered a chicken tikka & a daal khichdi, both were very tasty. They also have two halls which can be used for marriage/ family functions etc. Room & washroom was very much specious, clean n tidy. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel along with my pet, and the experience was truly delightful. The hotel is very pet-friendly, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and genuinely caring’not just towards me, but also towards my pet.From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well managed. The team was always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home throughout the stay. It’s rare to find a place where both guests and pets are treated with such warmth and respect.I truly appreciate the hospitality and kindness of the entire staff. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with pets’I would definitely love to stay here again!

Terrible room cleanliness, I saw rats, cockroaches and insects inside my room.The washroom wasn't looking hygienic at all. Even after booking a superior room for 2600 for 1 night, I had a terrible experience. The outside Facade of the hotel looks good but it's not the same from inside.They should improve on a lot of things.Breakfast was fine though.
