First impression was in itself not that great when we observed the uniform worn by the staff is dirty. Room was fine. Next day when asked for breakfast the staff didn't even check and said it’s chargeable. Whereas I had paid for with breakfast. Though finally they didnt charge me for breakfast but the first interaction was not great. I was told 1 bottle of water complimentary. I was ok. I stayed for 2 days so logically 1 bottle per day. While checking out they charged me for all bottles except for the bottle provided on first day. I told the staff while checking out that if i stayed for 2 days I should be charged for 2 bottles only out of 4. They just said no and charged me for 3 bottles for 2 days. The experience is not that great. I would definitely rate them for the location as good. But I personally will not recommend due to experience.
The rooms were tidy with nice bathrooms and good lighting. The management was supportive, and the guide came to our room whenever we called. This is definitely a wonderful hotel that I would recommend booking!
