The water and towel facilities in the room were not up to the standard and the service was not good.

Stayed here from 05/06/2026 to 08/06/2026 for four days. Room rates start at INR 1200 for AC rooms if you bargain offline, but booking online is better as you get discounts. I booked daily through "MakeMyTrip" and paid between 750-900 INR. The hotel is close to Z Square mall. Rooms are tidy and clean. The bathroom is well-kept and hygienic. The window AC cools efficiently. Rooms are spacious and include a TV, chair, wardrobe, phone, and food menu (since they have their own restaurant on the ground floor). The bathroom also has a geyser. There is a lift available. For emergencies, UPS and generator backup are present. Several restaurants, especially non-veg ones, are nearby. There is also a book market close by. Markets for various items are available nearby. The receptionist was polite. Overall, it was a good experience. Hindi Review 👇👇👇👇 05/06/2026 से 08/06/2026 तक 4 दिनों के लिए यहाँ रुका। ऑफलाइन मोल-भाव करने पर AC कमरे का किराया ₹1200 से शुरू होता है, लेकिन आपको ऑनलाइन बुक करना चाहिए क्योंकि इससे डिस्काउंट मिल जाता है। मैंने "MakeMyTrip" पर बुकिंग की और कमरा ₹750-₹900 में मिल गया। यह Z स्क्वायर मॉल के पास है। कमरे साफ़-सुथरे हैं। बाथरूम अच्छी तरह से मेंटेन किया हुआ और साफ़-सुथरा था। विंडो AC अच्छी तरह से ठंडा कर रहा था। कमरे बड़े हैं और उनमें TV, कुर्सी, अलमारी, फ़ोन और खाने का मेन्यू है (क्योंकि ग्राउंड फ़्लोर पर उनका अपना रेस्टोरेंट भी है)। बाथरूम में गीज़र भी है। लिफ़्ट की सुविधा भी है। इमरजेंसी के लिए UPS और जनरेटर मौजूद हैं। आस-पास कई रेस्टोरेंट हैं, खासकर नॉन-वेज रेस्टोरेंट। पास में ही किताबों का बाज़ार भी है। अलग-अलग चीज़ों के लिए बाज़ार भी मौजूद है। रिसेप्शनिस्ट का व्यवहार अच्छा था। कुल मिलाकर अनुभव अच्छा रहा।

Not recommended at all. Extremely poor service. 1- This was the worst experience I've ever had. The reception and hotel manager were very rude. 2- There is no car parking available. 3- They do not provide complimentary water bottles. 4- Guests are not allowed in the room, even for just 10 minutes; when I requested, they refused and told me to meet guests in the restaurant at night. 5- When the electricity went out at 11pm, I called three times to start the generator, but they waited over half an hour before restoring power. 6- If you order a single bottle of water, they send the server with the bill at night and ask for payment immediately, not allowing payment at checkout. 7- The shower did not work and the room was not cleaned. 8- The staff said to complain wherever I want, they don't care.
