The staff provided excellent service and the hotel is situated in a great location. You should definitely try it, as the first thing we appreciated was the cleanliness and hygiene, which were very good.

The stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the railway station, within walking distance. Katra market is also nearby, though you might want to take an auto if you prefer not to walk. The hotel is quite basic but definitely a solid option for the price. The staff were courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Sharma, the GM, who was very gentle and supportive. He even upgraded our room for free, which was a kind gesture. Thank you, Mr. Sharma! My only suggestion is for the hotel to improve hygiene a bit, as the hand towels in our room had an unpleasant odor. Regarding shopping, I wouldn't recommend Ganga Ram Shop for dry fruits based on my experience. The owner and his son were rude and arrogant, and they didn't treat customers well. My experience there was negative. I suggest tourists check out other reputable dry-fruit shops in Katra. Overall, it was a good stay and good value for the money. Jai Mata Di! 🙏

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. Right from arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and professionally. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and the entire team did their best to make sure I was comfortable. The room was large, tastefully decorated, and spotless. The bed offered great comfort, and the provided amenities were excellent. I particularly valued the careful touches, such as fresh linens and free refreshments.
