AC is not working also no battery in AC remote, no handle on the door of bathroom, very dirty and smelly staircases. Holes in curtains also Cockroaches comming outside from Bathroom also receptionist very rude.

The rooms were filthy and terrible, very welcoming to cockroaches. Both the room service and receptionist showed no concern. When I complained, they just stared at me strangely. I would never stay here again. The beds were dirty and unclean. I was on a business trip but ended up not sleeping at all due to cockroaches all over the bed.

Terrible experience. The room was in very bad shape and extremely unhygienic. The bedsheets and bathroom appeared as if they hadn't been cleaned or washed for months. The toilet seats were filthy, both on and around them. Spider webs in the bathroom clearly indicated a lack of cleaning for a long time. The blanket was so dirty that anyone would hesitate before sitting on the bed. Overall, cleanliness and upkeep were awful. The management really needs to raise hygiene standards. I wouldn't suggest staying here until things get better.
