Absolutely dreadful experience – Avoid at all costs!
The check-in and check-out went smooth. I've booked the Triple room and the room was indeed large and cozy with table, sofa and chair. Staff is helpful. Although the elevator was not working, they do have a generator backup.
Here is my review:1. Room cleanliness was poor and not up to hotel standards.2. Bathroom was not properly cleaned and hygiene was unsatisfactory.3. Bedsheets and towels did not appear fresh or well-maintained.4. Dust and dirt were visible in several areas of the room.5. Housekeeping service was slow and inconsistent.6. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly.7. Overall maintenance of the property needs significant improvement.8. The stay did not provide value for money considering the quality of service offered.Overall, my experience was unpleasant and I would not choose to stay here again.Agoda should verify the property before listing and ratings.Thank you !
