Lovely hotel and rooms with very quick service

The hotel was good, it was clean and the rates were also good, their breakfast was also good but it daily same menu and the person at the reception the did not talk well and the rest of their service was a bit slow, overall it was okay.

’ **Very Disappointing and Unpleasant Experience at Malik Residency, Kanpur**Our experience at Malik Residency was terrible and extremely disappointing. We paid for a **Super Deluxe Room**, but we were allotted a **Deluxe Room**, which was clearly not what we had booked and paid for.The overall cleanliness and hygiene were very poor. Both the room and dining areas were untidy, and we even noticed **cockroaches**, which was extremely unpleasant. The room lacked basic facilities and amenities’there were **no curtains, no basic toiletries, and no kettle**. To make matters worse, the **toilet door did not even have a proper lock**.We checked out **one day earlier** because of our bad experience, but the management refused to refund the amount for the unused day. The manager behaved very rudely during checkout. Even more disappointingly, when we raised our concerns through MMT, the hotel allegedly claimed that we were **spreading rumours** instead of addressing the genuine issues we faced.We paid for better service and accommodation but received a very poor experience in return. **Not recommended unless the hotel seriously improves its cleanliness, room standards, facilities, customer service, and management behaviour.**

We paid expecting better service and accommodation but were let down. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve cleanliness, room quality, facilities, customer service, and management behavior.
