Rating: 1/5I stayed at Hotel Malik Residency for 2 nights on a corporate booking through PhonePe. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing.’The bathroom tap was not working when I went for a bath on the first day. I had to complain, after which a plumber came and fixed it.’Complimentary drinking water is a basic amenity in almost every hotel, but none was provided on the second day despite requesting it.’I had specifically asked for room servicing while going out on the second day, but when I returned in the evening, the room had not been cleaned or made up at all.’We were charged approximately ’7,000 for two nights with breakfast through the corporate booking, but I later discovered the actual walk-in/online rate is around ’1,000’1,200 per night including GST. This huge difference made me feel completely cheated.’Breakfast options were extremely limited ’ only poori-sabji, poha, and tea. Quality and variety were very poor.’The surrounding locality feels untidy and unsafe, especially at night.Overall, the stay was unpleasant, the service was negligent, and the massive price discrepancy left a very bad taste. I strongly advise others to check rates carefully before booking, especially corporate bookings. Definitely not recommended.

This was one of the most horrible hotel stays I’ve ever had! The room was in an absolutely filthy condition ’ cockroaches were literally roaming around the room and even in the toilet. The tables were dirty and covered in dust, and the floor had visible stains all over it.The basic amenities were missing ’ no slippers, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, and not even a single water bottle provided in the room. The lights kept flickering and half of them didn’t even work properly. To make things worse, the TV was completely dead.It felt like the staff didn’t even bother to clean or check the room before giving it to guests. For the price they charge, this kind of negligence is unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ’ a complete waste of money and a terrible experience overall!

Good Hotel.Humble staff and good room service.

I am staying in this hotel for last 5 years and always had a good experience with all of staff, feel like a home satay.I recommend this hotel for all professionals.

Amenities very poor. Breakfast was miserable.
