Oh, what a dream venue ’ if your dream is to turn your engagement into a nightmare! Thanks to Mr. Alok and his team of legends (of failure), I’ll never forget how smoothly everything went’ straight downhill!Unprofessional, rude, and absolutely useless ’ that’s the best way to describe the staff and their so-called manager. The word hospitality clearly doesn’t exist in their dictionary.Honestly, I’d rather celebrate in a bus stand next time ’ at least people there have manners! Mr. Alok, you should consider a new career ’ because hotel management clearly isn’t your thing.

Totally unorganized, rude staff, and not a hint of hospitality.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even for free! Calling this a ’hotel’ is an insult to the word itself. Absolutely pathetic service! The management, especially Mr. Alok, was completely unprofessional and careless. My brother's ring ceremony turned into a disaster because of their mismanagement and zero sense of hospitality. No coordination, no manners, and definitely no respect for guests!This hotel doesn’t deserve even a single star. I’ve seen roadside dhabas handle things better than this so-called ’hotel.’ If you want to ruin your special occasion, this is the perfect place. Thanks to Alok and his useless team for spoiling an important day!

I stayed at a well-known hotel in Kanpur from 15th to 17th August, but my experience ended on a very negative note. At the time of checkout on 17th August, the hotel added fake charges for dinner and snacks that I never ordered. This feels like a deliberate attempt to overcharge, which is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Guests should carefully check their bills before paying, as such practices raise serious concerns about the hotel’s integrity.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The staff were very courteous and their behavior was truly commendable, which added a positive touch to the experience. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The room lighting was quite dim, which made the space feel a bit dull. Additionally, the kettle and mugs were not properly cleaned, which was disappointing.We ordered food during our stay, and unfortunately, the aloo jeera was undercooked. Despite making several calls, the salad we requested was never delivered. On a positive note, after we checked out, the hotel staff acknowledged these issues and accepted their mistakes, which shows they are open to feedback.Overall, while the stay had some shortcomings, the excellent behavior of the staff stood out and was appreciated.
