The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay.The location is convenient, the parking facility is well managed, and the overall ambiance is peaceful. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything neat and clean.The only small suggestion would be to improve the speed of food service during busy hours. Other than that, my experience was excellent.I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a comfortable stay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Bridge Hotel. The room interiors were beautifully designed, clean, comfortable, and gave a very pleasant experience throughout my stay.A special thanks to Mr. Ujjwal from the Front Desk team for his exceptional hospitality and cooperative nature. He was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive during my stay. He guided me properly regarding local places to visit like JK Temple and other attractions, arranged a cab for me, and ensured that everything was managed smoothly. He also provided me with a room at a very good rate and handled everything in a very polite and professional manner.The food quality was also excellent, and the overall service experience was truly impressive.I highly appreciate the hospitality of the entire team and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the city. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and memorable.

Hotel FeedbackI am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The services provided were far below acceptable standards:The room was dirty and unhygienic, making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.There was no hot water and no proper facilities provided, which is unacceptable at the rates being charged.- Breakfast: The breakfast was delayed, poorly prepared, and unhealthy.The staff showed no care or concern for customers, displaying complete negligence toward guest satisfaction.At the price of several thousand rupees per night, this hotel fails to deliver even the most basic amenities. Many other hotels in this price range offer far better service and comfort.Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management needs to take immediate action to improve cleanliness, staff behavior, and basic guest facilities.

Went on wedding invitation, hence don't know about rooms and service but whatever seen and used found nice as banquet hall, stage, dining little less but sufficient 20 people at a time.
