The Down Town, Kanpur

Well-maintained hotel with very clean rooms. The restaurant ambience is pleasant, and the breakfast items I tried were tasty, though the buffet spread could be improved with more variety. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were very polite and supportive. I recommend this hotel.

The food was delicious and well-presented, making it a perfect place for a relaxed meal or even a cheat day indulgence. Overall, a great blend of comfort, service, and quality. Highly recommended!

First I called the hotel and a men in reception told me the package was 4500 with discount, then I said it was available for 3500 on Cleartrip, then they said the room cannot be booked online, it can be booked offline only We are not accepting online bookings, then I refused and they said then you can do it online.He might have said it for his own benefit.They did not even provide the complimentary welcome drink which was in the online packageThe room is good but it is a premium room with city view mention but they have given a room without view.

Nice hotel in an upscale location. Hotel has clean rooms, good food and a very supportive staff. My favourite in Kanpur.
