Dark rooms and poor hygiene affect guest comfort.

One of the worst hotel i saw and the staff behavior who is sitting at reception is really bad. No hot water, AC vent was leaking in room bathroom is leaking and plush was not working. Opening the door it self , waited for 20 mins due to lock was not opening. Really very bad experience and will not prefer anyone to stay there.

Horrible experience in life with this hotel

I booked this hotel through Agoda on 8-July-26 paying all in advance. I have to visit Kanpur with my son for convocation programme. I reached the hotel at around 4PM on 14-July-2026 and there were few people already fighting with him. He said there are no rooms available. He offered either to shift to another hotel or take money back. He suggested to go to another hotel at our own expense, which he later paid. Ironically one person came after us and he got the room. When I confronted hotel person, he said they have already checked in but they were just coming directly from airport. The other place was a banquet hall which was in very bad shape at remote location. Bathrooms all dirty, seats broken, taps dangling, rooms unclean, drawers filled with filth. We changed rooms 3 times, got tired and settled on one room where toilet seat was not broken, the room was very stinky with cigarette smell which stayed with us throughout. It was a horrific experience staying with them.The room where we stayed was not worth even half the money that was charged by Agoda from us. The problem was with hotel, they did not block the rooms and kept accepting the bookings. He said that someone even called police and nothing happened to them. It was packed that day in Kanpur, so we did not have any option but to compromise. This was horrible experience till now I faced on any travel and any platform where I have paid in full such long ago and still got this treatment. I would suggest be careful with them.
