I stayed at Hotel Vijay International in Kanpur from July 13 to July 14, 2026, and had a fantastic experience. The hotel went beyond what I expected in all areas. The staff was very polite, professional, and always willing to help. The reservation team made the check-in process easy and smooth, which made my stay comfortable right from the start. The food was a standout feature—delicious, well-presented, and of high quality, making every meal a delight. The rooms were tidy, well-kept, and offered a cozy place to relax after a busy workday. I strongly suggest this hotel for both business and leisure visitors to Kanpur and Unnao. Thanks to the whole team for making my visit so enjoyable, and keep up the great work.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of making guests feel welcome, their attitude was rude and dismissive. The entrance is very rude of this hotel guard & etc. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and hope the management takes serious steps to improve staff training, customer service, and overall professionalism.
