We were travelling and just wanted a comfortable place to rest for the night, and this hotel turned out to be a great choice. The hotel was good, the family room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff service was extraordinarily good ,very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet was also good with decent variety and taste. Overall, a budget-friendly stay with great service and comfort. Highly recommended for travellers and families.

I stayed at this hotel two days ago, and my experience was extremely bad’worse than what one would expect even from a low-class hotel. Neither their service is good nor is their food satisfactory. There is also theft happening there.My belongings were kept in the room, and before leaving I had clearly informed the staff not to touch them while cleaning the room. Despite this, they handled my belongings and some of my items went missing. Even after filing a complaint, no proper action was taken.This hotel is absolutely not suitable for families, and the prices they charge are very high compared to the poor service they provide. I would strongly request everyone to avoid staying at this hotel. Anything could happen to you here.

Review for Citi Club KanpurThe only good thing about this hotel is its location on GT Road, close to Kanpur ISBT and Kanpur Central Railway Station.However, the overall experience was not good. Parking is under big trees, so bird droppings and leaves often fall on cars. The hotel’s badminton sports complex is not available for guests as it is chargeable. The hotel also does not have a proper restaurant space to sit and have lunch or dinner.Reception staff were very casual and lacked basic hospitality manners.They also charged extra for card payment, and at checkout the bill was not provided as the manager was not available; they said it would be sent later.Rooms are overpriced, small, and not very hygienic. Due to limited space, I had to take breakfast sitting on the bed.Intercom not working , The geyser was not working and water pressure was very low. Food quality was also poor.Overall: Not recommendable. I will not prefer to stay here again.
