Overall good budget hotel. Located on 80 Feet road, Brahm Nagar Kanpur.Amenities: Room size is medium. Rooms have good bedding, 2 chairs, table, side table, good lights. Have windows for ventilation. Rooms are clean. AC, geyser, hot cattle, tea and coffee option. Furniture offered is 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 side table, almirah.Food: We only ordered food once and it was ok. We ordered noodles and Manchurian,Quantity was less and taste was ok. There are plenty of restaurants near by and online food delivery options from nearby restaurants.Room Service: Room service is acceptable with slight delay. Staff is good and cooperative.Location: Location is in a busy market street.Parking: Parking in front of hotel is limited ( only 2-3 cars can be parked).

Took 3000 as an advance, event got cancelled and they told us to manage in future but now they are denying and talking rubbish. Worst peeple, Mr Sarpreet is the man who cheated us, other staff calls him Owner

We stayed for 2 nights.. Room wasn't clean.. it wasn't clean actually.. dust was there.. they didn't wiped.. bedsheet wasn't changed by staff.. blanket was stinking.. no toiletry kit was provided by hotel ( no shampoo, no soap)..

I would stay here again. The staff were very good. Took care of all my special requests for meals, calling taxis, early morning wake up call. 5 star service for a very good price. The room was OK, clean, comfy bed. Hot water in the bathroom. Not far from the strain station.
