The experience at the hotel was very poor; the rooms displayed on the website were not as shown and were in terrible condition.The washroom and bed sheets were all dirty, and even the premium room was in bad shape.The staff at the reception also did not communicate properly.There was a smell of cigarettes coming from all the rooms.
