It's good hotel, would prefer and recommend

Hotel is run by M.P. tourism (Govt).Good location, Staff and rooms.Often some of the exhibition also there.. i.e. Chanderi and Maheshwari Utsav currently going on.

This hotel gave me old luxury vibe. Even though the rooms were spacious, it had a vintage outdated vibe to it. The service was top notch. Every staff was the sweetest and very proactive with each and every service. Everyday at around 11/11:30 am they came and cleaned our room.I wish I could go to the pool on the 2nd floor but it was quite cold and a bit dirty. They also have a gym near the pool area as well.The breakfast time is from 8am to 10am. Limited options but very good food. I only have one complaint for the team to cut fruits with a fruit knife and not with one they use to cut vegetables. Because i could get the flavour of onion on my watermelon and papaya.

We went there to have dinner. The food was good but the service was bad, we waited for 30 plus mins when the entire restaurant was empty and the staff was not cooperating. After we paid our bill, the staff just picked your bags and polite told us to leave which we thought was very rude especially in hospitality business.

One of the best MPT Resorts & busiest on footfalls. Liked by one and all'. Every Staff is well mannered & can be compared with any 5* Hotel. The Service, Food, House Keeping, Reception is above par. Recommended that the Management upgrade the Standards so that Kalchuri Residency becomes the most sought after place leaving behind all other Hotels & Resorts
