Hotel Centre Point

Had a great experience staying at Centre Point Hotel in Nagpur. I was here to attend an Architect event as it was close to the vicinity. The entire hotel was full but still they were serving all customers to the best of their ability. A special shout out to the customer service team for their promt action as I wanted to get my formal suit Ironed which I realized late in the morning that in my travel it had got wrinkled up. By the time I went to have my breakfast it had been delivered to my room. This really saved my day.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Centre Point was disappointing. Despite the good location and attractive interiors, the experience did not meet expectations. The rooms felt average for the price, and basic facilities and maintenance need improvement. Service, although polite, lacked efficiency and timely support. Considering the cost, the overall value for money was poor, and the stay did not feel worth it.
