I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was really nice, the staff was polite and helpful throughout. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location/area was also great, making it very convenient and peaceful. Overall, a very pleasant experience ’ I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We booked the banquet hall at Golden Bliss for a family event, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for a small party. Head Chef Avinash ensured every dish was spot on’right from the welcome drinks to the starters and main course, everything was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious. The manager, along with the support team including Gaurav, Sanjay, Ashish and Lalit, was exceptionally prompt and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would gladly recommend Golden Bliss for anyone looking to host a small gathering.

Our recent stay at golden bliss had its ups and downs. While the hotel itself was pleasant and most of the staff were helpful, our experience was significantly impacted by issues with our room's amenities, non-functioning kettle, TV, intercom that were slow to be addressed.However, the most critical issue was the consistently rude and arrogant behavior of Ms. Sonali at reception. Her unprofessionalism was evident with multiple guests and single-handedly ruined our entire experience. This is unacceptable for a hospitality environment.

Very Disappointing Experience ’ Not Recommended’’’’’’I had an extremely unpleasant stay at Tribhu Premium Golden Bliss Hotel in Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur. Right from the start, the experience was below expectations. I checked in 11 hours late, but still, they refused to extend my checkout by even one hour. That’s extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of consideration for guests.The food quality was pathetic. I stayed for three days, and every single day the food served was of poor quality. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had in any hotel. To make matters worse, the coffee was so bad that it made me, someone who loves coffee, lose interest in drinking it altogether. That’s how disappointing it was.The glassware was dirty, the hospitality was cold, and there was no sense of customer care. Honestly, this place has no connection to premium service ’ it’s not fit for either comfort or decent food.I feel completely cheated after paying in full and receiving such poor treatment. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.
